Noventa y Uno is a project from our Chairperson, Luis. Originated from his passion for bees and the common ones’ business model. At the moment, this micro bodega is in the early stage and is located in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.
The honey wine, our current product, is a sweet liqueur based on honey with a slightly translucent body.
This project aims to understand an entrepreneur process in a developing country, and to establish a circular supply chain, which has been challenging due to health permission to be dealt with in the country.
